Get to Know Me

For nearly a decade, Gina Linton spent her weekends visiting open houses near her home in Oakland. She wasn’t looking to move. She wasn’t looking to invest. She wasn’t even in real estate. As the registrar at SFO Museum, the cultural institution at San Francisco’s international airport, Gina was simply curious about sales and trends in her neighborhood and obsessed with real estate. 
 
Passionate about people and properties, Gina is currently putting her customer service, project management, and people skills to use as an agent, and enjoys helping people identify what they want, what they have, and what they need to achieve their goals. She prides herself on building strong working relationships that ensure she fully understands a client so she can help them acquire the best possible result.
 
After living in the Bay Area for 20 years, Gina has a near-native knowledge of the region, and her art and museum background is invaluable when she considers how to stage a room, describe a property, and read and discuss contracts. Perhaps what most sets Gina apart, however, is her deep commitment to her values—honesty, integrity, and trust—and her belief in being kind and paying it forward, regardless of the outcome.
 
In her free time, Gina supports San Francisco’s Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, which provides affordable housing for low-income San Franciscans who would otherwise be homeless. She also supports Creativity Explored, an arts program and gallery for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in photography and a master’s degree in museum studies.
