Get to Know Me

Clients and colleagues know Leslie Bauer as the “Condo Queen” for her exceptional understanding of the luxury condo real estate market in San Francisco. With a business that now extends down the Peninsula through Highrises2Homes, Leslie has a unique feel for clients’ needs at all stages of their lives.

Leslie moved to the Bay Area in the early ’90s to study and later teach photography. Through her artist’s lens, she honed a sharp eye for nuance and a keen memory for details. In 2007, she brought these skills to the high-rise real estate market and pioneered a tech approach for tracking the progress of many new buildings, ensuring the best new home or investment for each client.

While Leslie is proud that her integrity in business has earned her substantial professional recognition and respect, it’s the connections she creates with clients that she treasures the most. Leslie is known for her down-to-earth approach and precise attention to detail, handling every transaction as if it were her own. Her determination to prioritize the right match for each of her clients has earned her a reputation as the one to refer your best friend to when they are looking to buy or sell a new home.

Leslie is a leading member of the Top Agent Network, an online community resource connecting the top 10% of real estate agents in the Bay Area. Through this community and over 15 years in the industry, Leslie has an extensive network at her disposal.

When Leslie is not working with clients, she’s exploring the Bay Area with her family and enjoying San Francisco's vibrant art and music scenes.
