As a third-generation Marin County resident, Traci has deep roots in the Bay Area. Her family’s story began with her grandparents settling in Larkspur and San Rafael during WWII, and that legacy of connection and community continues to inspire her work.
 
Traci launched her real estate career in San Francisco in 2003 and has since built a reputation for helping clients find homes where they can create their own meaningful stories. From expansive Wine Country estates to Marin single-family homes and multi-unit city properties, her expertise spans a wide range of markets and property types.
 
For sellers, Traci takes a comprehensive, results-oriented approach, helping prepare homes for the market with strategic improvements, expert staging, and thoughtful pricing. Her market knowledge and attention to detail ensure homes are beautifully showcased and competitively positioned. For buyers, she is a steady, knowledgeable guide, skilled at identifying hidden gems and connecting clients with trusted industry professionals.
 
Working alongside her partner, Beth Sasan—also a third-generation Marin resident—Traci is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and finding homes that perfectly suit her clients’ lifestyles.
 
Outside of real estate, Traci enjoys cooking, entertaining, and exploring Marin’s scenic trails with her husband and their whippet. Whether at work or at play, she is driven by a love of connection and community, values she brings to every client relationship.
